2013 IT Spend Priorities (from Infoweek Research)

By way of Informationweek Research, the below summary from interviewing 513 IT executives (Figure 4) highlights the top 9 2013 IT spending priorities.  A few of them have nothing technical to them….for example, the

#1 priority has a definite “non-IT’ ring to it, “Improve Business Results,”  something a TBM platform and approach can help achieve.
