POSITION SUMMARY:

Sensata is seeking a Shared Services professional with a track record of success and demonstrated experience in overseeing and transforming a Shard Service Center focused on Customer Service, Finance.  As Sensata continues to expand our shared service center, the job of Global Shared Services Director is to drive strategy and implement solutions and processes that transform the shared service function.  This is an all-encompassing role, which includes the formulation of strategy, management of the global teams while ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service to our stakeholders. This role reports directly to the CIO.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership to identify gaps and opportunities to apply frameworks that substantially improve performance of back office functions
• Develop short and long-term plans with anticipated deliverables, outcomes, and required resources to sustain the transformation
• Lead major change initiatives and strategies within business case for multiple countries and business areas
• Drive continuous process and services improvement initiatives
• Provide oversight to ensure connectivity between strategies and customer needs
• Develop and leverage internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals
• Build and develop a global team to provide front line support to internal customers
• Ensure compliance and data integrity is being executed across all teams globally
• Lead business transformations and capability-building in the context of the overall wave/project/continuous improvement effort from diagnostic through implementation
• Introduce new frameworks, tools, or ways of using existing material
